Hi, I’m Dani β€” a multi-interested designer, writer, and creative director kickin’ it in Brooklyn. Currently, I'm a Brand Creative Director at Headspace.

I have over ten years experience working with in-house brand teams and independent clients leading design strategy, brand identity, brand marketing, creative campaigns, art direction, and copy.

I've been a part of the wonderful teams at Oscar Health, Stink Studios NY, Intercom, and Vox Media. Freelance clients include Airbnb, Impossible Foods, Webflow, Gem, Our Place, and more.

I have a BFA in graphic design from RISD, I recently wrote a kids' book, and I highly respect good people and bad puns.

Intercom's visually disperse brand needed to define itself to customers in a cohesive voice, without losing it's charm. The brand team worked closely with Instrument to craft and implement an identity centered around a solidified brand promise - faster growth through better relationships. This included a new visual system, illustrations + animations that reflect the turnkey magic of using Intercom, a narratively intentional way of displaying product interactions, photography that champions actual customers, a confident new voice + tone, as well as a componentized marketing site built on a new CMS. As ever, this was a team effort that every person involved had an impact on.

Role: In-house Design Lead
